A Mil-tek technician will guide you through installation, which is done by simply connecting your 305 Baler to a compressed air supply. You are now ready to start minimizing your waste.
Fill the chamber with cardboard or plastic and close the door. Once the handle is pressed down, the machine is activated and the minimizing has begun. Repeat until the baler is full.
When the baler is ready to be emptied, tie the bale using the banding, open the lower door and press the Bale Out button to release the bale. You are now ready to start a new bale!
Bales can be stacked and stored until you have enough to have them collected by your local recycler. They take up no more floor space than a sheet of newspaper.

The machine can stand either indoors or out - most important is that you place the machine so that you sort your waste at source. If you place the machine outside it must be under a roof. Be aware that cold weather conditions can influence the performance of the machine. Your Mil-tek consultant will help analysing the best place to install the machine.
As they are air-powered (pneumatic) rather than hydraulic, Mil-tek balers are extremely quiet. If you have an existing air-line you simply plug the machine and then your existing compressor acts as the engine. If you need to have a compressor installed, a Mil-tek technician will ensure that the compressor is placed at a distance from the machine and then install an air-hose between the compressor and the machine.
Ideal for baling plastic packaging typically used in the transportation and protection of clothing and consumable items. Constant pressure ensures an extremely dense bale is produced that is both easy to handle and easy to recycle. The baler can also be used to recycle smaller volumes of cardboard in small/medium supermarkets, convenience stores and general retail outlets.
Despite its small footprint, the 305 baler has a large door opening and a deep chamber, enabling whole boxes to be placed directly into the baler. Plastic packaging stored in plastic bag stands can be placed directly into the baler saving time and therefore cost when dealing with packaging waste.
The modern waste technique of segregating and baling packaging waste using strategically placed recycling points has resulted in a significant increase in productivity across a range of organisations. A Mil-tek 305 baler accompanied by a small plastic baler (such as a model 102 or 205 baler), and strategically placed plastic bag stand can vastly improve logistics where a steady stream of packaging waste is created in multiple areas.
